Hilly Half Marathon & 10 km

Join us for the 5th annual Hilly Half Marathon & 10K at Cedar Ridge Camp – a scenic race that winds through the breathtaking Madawaska Highlands. Don’t let the views fool you: this race is easy on the eyes but a killer on the thighs. With every climb and descent, you’ll earn that unforgettable finish line moment… and a well-deserved plunge into the refreshing waters of Lake Wanamaker.

The 2025 Hilly Half race weekend runs from September 26th to 28th, with the 10K and Half Marathon (21.1K) races happening on Saturday, September 27th. Both events are chip-timed for precision, and weekend accommodations are available.

Supporting Charities

A portion of the proceeds from this race will be donated to the Amici
Camping and Kids in Camp charities. These charities support campers and
their families by making it possible for underprivileged kids to reach their
full potential through camp experiences.

Cedar Ridge Camp

Cedar Ridge is a traditional co-ed summer camp for children ages 6 to 16, as well as a year-round retreat and outdoor education centre.

Our pristine 150-acre site, featuring 3,400 feet of shoreline, borders the quiet and beautiful Wanamaker Lake. We’re located in the heart of the Madawaska Highlands, near Bancroft, Ontario.

Established in 2006, Cedar Ridge Camp offers a classic camp experience for children from around the world. We provide a safe and welcoming environment where campers can develop physical and emotional skills, build respect for nature, and form friendships that last a lifetime.
